He has travelled around plantations and gardens, mixing tea leaves with citrus peel or spices following ancient recipes (Earl Grey with bergamot, Chai Masala with spices, etc.). Together, with the founders of terre d'Oc® ,they have sampled, savoured and chosen nine teas from famous gardens and prestigious plantations, in order to create a collection for the initiation of the art of tea.
